Our movement is never about pushing harder. Mornings open softly with yoga or Pilates; afternoons might take you into the forest on foot or into the warmth of the sauna and hammam. Optional cold exposure for those who want it. Massage for those who need it.

By the second day, your shoulders are already lower. That is the point.
