Care over scale
We keep groups small on purpose. Real hospitality cannot be mass-produced — it lives in the details, the names remembered, the small adjustments made just for you.

Arlet began with a simple belief: that rest is not a luxury, but a need we have been taught to ignore.
So many of us spend our days giving — to work, to family, to everyone but ourselves. We become very good at carrying things, and very bad at putting them down.
Arlet was born from that quiet realisation. We wanted to build a place where the only thing asked of you is to be present: to move gently, eat beautifully, sleep deeply, and remember what calm feels like.
Not a programme to complete. Not a challenge to win. Simply a few days, designed with great care, where you are the one being held for a change.
A name chosen for its warmth and its softness — short, human, and easy to hold. It carries the spirit we want every guest to feel: welcomed by name, cared for personally, and remembered long after they leave.
We keep groups small on purpose. Real hospitality cannot be mass-produced — it lives in the details, the names remembered, the small adjustments made just for you.
We are not here to push you to your limits. We are here to bring you back to centre. Everything is invitational; nothing is performance.
We choose every location for the way it makes you feel. The forest, the quiet, the light — they do half the work of any retreat we run.
Our facilitators are chosen as much for their warmth as their skill. They guide without ego, hold space without pressure, and know when to step back and simply let you rest.
We design each retreat around the same three pillars — body, mind, and environment — and then tailor the experience to the people in the room. Some come to move. Some come to be still. Both are welcome here.
Arlet is designed to support relaxation and wellbeing. It is not a medical or therapeutic programme, and does not treat, diagnose, or cure any condition.

The rest you'll have to feel for yourself.
